Still feeling very sorry for myself but there’s a garden centre on the way to the hospital and they do cake.

In particular they do this fabulous Sicilian lemon cheesecake.
 
Meanwhile I have an exercise regime for the next 3 weeks and if the left leg doesn’t improve enough I get a referral to the spinal consultant.
