Grapes of Relief

The relief is in leaving LA, where it was just too darn hot. The grapes are being sheltered from the sun by hundreds of these hoop houses, turning the countryside into a surreal plastic landscape. This area is close to where the movie Sideways was made. So much of everywhere has been planted with grapes--you've gotta wonder who's drinking all this wine!
