I spent a most enjoyable afternoon with VC researching the lives of selected railways workers living in Blair Athol in 1881.  It was interesting finding out where they'd come from, where they went to, how they lived and what their wider families die.  This is part of a bigger project which VC is leading on telling the story of the station there.

Earlier this morning I joined my fellow dippers (22 of us in total) for a swim.  The skies were blue but it was rather blustery which made getting changed interesting.

Last night we tried watching Baby Reindeer but couldn't get into it and so gave up and watched the 1999 film of The Talented Mr Ripley instead. It was interesting to compare it was the TV series - so very different in many respects.
