in the warmth

After spending all winter in the garden upside-down. Painted this dinosaur again as almost all of the paint had fallen off. He’s made of clay so it’s a good job he was upside-down or he would have filled with water and cracked. When I bought him some years ago he had a tiny succulent plant in a tiny pot in his back but after a few weeks the plant needed re-potting. So this time I’ve made some fancy fleece leaves which will also keep him warm :-)
He will go on the dresser with 2 other green dinosaurs - one made by Stewart when he was about 12, and one made by Tom when he was a similar age.
