Happy Sunday • A cool and cloudy day but dry. That’s what matters most - dry! Neither of us cared to do housework, and it was too wet to do outdoor chores, so after showers we were out the door! A quick breakfast at Panera Bread, then off to do some walking and birdwatching • We were mesmerized by this cheeky crow defending his territory from this mature bald eagle. No doubt he was protecting a nest by his level of aggression; he would not relent and at one point nipped the eagle’s tail feathers with his outstretched beak! Fun to watch :) • The photo is cropped way too much so I sprinkled it with BeCasso to make it more pleasing. You get the idea :) • Hope you’ve enjoyed the day!
