Omelette

Omelette with Nyons olives, fermented garlic scrapes, and anchovies, butter lettuce salad with strawberry vinegar vinaigrette, and aged Gouda. Wine: Matt Connell Lowburn Vineyard Otago Chardonnay 2021.

This was a typically hectic Monday, and I had no time for food planning or shopping. I threw this together at the last moment with things from the fridge, and was very pleased with the result. As for the wine, my sample size here is small, but I've yet to have a wine from Otago (New Zealand) that hasn't been fantastic.
