A new colour for me

Sort of a British racing green but I'm calling it 'Jason green', Amy Johnson fans will know what I mean :-)

Got a painful heel at the moment. I think it's running/flat feet/fallen arches-related, my brother currently has the exact same thing, so no running at the moment. I'm missing it.
