Signs of spring...

... always lift my spirit...

Nearly 90 % of school buildings are damaged or destroyed, and no university left standing in Gaza. All schools have been closed for 625,000 student for 6 months. More than 5479 student and 261 teachers have been killed. Attacks on schools are considered as a "grave" violence against children in conflict. Not only are their deprived of school during war, after the war there are no schools to return to. The traumas the kids and students have been put through will also deeply affect their lives for many years to come. 
Parents, teachers, volunteers that experience the terror of the war, do all their can to bring some normality for the kids, to bring some relief, some teaching, some joy, some healing, some hope.... in this dark, dark world.
