Bokashi Bucket no 2 .

The second Bokashi bucket is now full and will be left to ferment. I will fill one more bucket and then wait to see what happens .

A day of interest but no other photos as the opportunities just slipped by . We had invited our new neighbour, who is several thousands of miles away from home, to go on a walk with us. We were out for about 3 hours walking a circular route that included Darwen Tower , the highest point locally . He comes from an area of high altitude and was feels the benefit of the greater clung capacity and greater concentration or red blood cells , I wonder if that will fade away the longer he lives at our lower altitude.
He is delighted by the countryside that surrounds us and as a dog lover who had had to leave his furry friend in the date of his parents was very keen to give Bramble plenty of attention ( which she was pleased to receive! )
In the evening I went with my friend Alison ( who had appeared in my blood from time to time) to see The national theatre production of Nye which was streamed live from a London theatre. We were spellbound and hardly moved for the duration . We came away realising that we needed to find out so much more and also with the tragic sense that, with regard to the NHS, we are in danger of coming full circle.
I wasn’t sure what to say about it and read the review in the guardian in the hope of finding a succinct summary but I didn’t agree with the comments, I would give it 4 stars and recommend it as definitely worth watching.
