Peidiwch ag wylo...  ~ Don’t weep…

“Nothing can ever happen twice. / In consequence, the sorry fact is / that we arrive here improvised / and leave without the chance to practice.”
― Wislawa Szymborska

Es i i'r pentref heddiw prynu nwyddau ac ychydig o offer garddio (os maen nhw'n ar gael).

Ar fy ffordd es i heibio'r i'r hen helyg wrth y nant. Roedd hi wedi cwympo i lawr rhai o flynyddoedd yn ôl, ond ers hynny mae'r hen foncyff wedi bod yn dechrau blaguro dail newydd. Am wn i mae hi wedi dechrau tyfu gwreiddiau newydd eto. Mae bywyd planhigion yn eithaf rhyfeddol - mae'n parhau ac yn adnewyddu ei hun.

Roeddwn i'n rhifo fy nghamau (ar y Fitbit) ac am well neu waetha, roedd un o'r offer garddio fy mod i wedi prynu oedd y beth anghywir, felly roedd rhaid i mi gerdded yn ôl i'r pentref i'w gyfnewid. Felly mwy o gamau - a gwnes i daro fy (targed 10000 o gamau) am y tro cyntaf. Felly rydw i wedi cael digon o ymarfer corff heddiw.

I went to the village today to buy groceries and some gardening tools (if available).

On my way I passed the old willow by the stream. It had fallen down some years ago, but since then the old trunk has been starting to sprout new leaves. I suppose it has started growing new roots again. Plant life is quite amazing - it perpetuates and renews itself.

I was counting my steps (on the Fitbit) and for better or worse, one of the gardening tools I had bought was the wrong thing, so I had to walk back to the village to exchange it. So more steps - and I hit my (10000 steps target) for the first time. So I've had plenty of exercise today.
