The first kuku

I can't compete with the foodies back home, but this rudimentary one-man sort-of kuku turned out OK. Half an aubergine, a red onion, a cold potato, garlic and red chilli, two eggs, plus a nub end of old cucumber, a nice tomato and some good yoghurt sprinkled with cumin (and a glass of Viña Sol that was lurking in the fridge) was pretty delicious after a long day's work (and some serious housework). The bread was my own, too.
