Notes: Awake early but back to sleep until ~730a. Did some online work and browsing and made jello then coffee before going to the pool at 11a or so - there for about an hour (sun quite hot but got some clouds that helped cool a bit). Did a meditation then (Joe Dispenza's) as the last couple weeks have been too chaotic - was hard to keep my mind from constantly jumping out tho. Meal ~2p, 3 egg omelet w/ steamed broccoli and avocado toast. More work and talking to Jo on Signal (at the pool and then later afternoon when she woke back up). Shower near 5p and did a quick dark load. Pic of sunset colors out the door.
