An interesting combination

After a day where we were slightly frustrated by the snail like progress on the pond, it was nice to get out in the evening.  The last concert of the spring season in Waterford.

We weren't totally convinced by the combination - the trumpet seems so much more powerful than the guitar.  And some of the music was not to our taste.  But they were both excellent musicians.

It rained as we were driving to and from the concert - but forecast to only last overnight, so hopefully we'll see more tangible progress on the pond tomorrow.
