The Cake

I posted my stegosaurus model yesterday and this is the finished cake. We were also celebrating Mum’s birthday so I made her an “adult” cake - a mini mango and orange Charlotte with a sprinkling of Cointreau. See extra.
It was a lovely family gathering and it had been way too long since we saw everyone together. We have made a pact to meet more often.
