Lost in Thought

Tenby City Wall (DS399)

We have driven over from Brecon to Tenby with a stop at a National Trust property, Colby Woodland Gardens.

Tenby is a historic place, although perhaps suffering from the changing fortunes of these picturesque seaside towns. Hen and stag weekends etc.  My blip is part of the city wall which dates from the time of the Normans and is in need of some TLC?  Thanks to Marlieske for organising Derelict Sunday.

In the extras, a more sympathetic view of Tenby and a few from the gardens which was a great find hidden away down a narrow road, but well worth seeking out.  Some aspects reminded me of the computer games Myst and Riven (from 1993!)
More up to date, the tearoom which is independent from the trust, has a great selection of DF/GF cakes and food options.

Many thanks to everyone who has called by recently - what with variable WiFi and the like, I've not been good at keeping up with comments & awards.
