The Tomato Bed

Here are the tomatoes I planted out last week. There are a dozen Early Girls, two Berkeley Tie Dye, two Sungold (cherry), and one Black Strawberry (fruit is marbled in purple, pink, green and gold…). That last one is this year’s experiment—who could resist that color combo? 

Neither of us has felt very energetic after yesterday's Covid booster. And I have something intestinal as well. I can’t imagine that the shot would cause such a thing, but I got into something unpleasant. Luckily we didn’t have anything important to take care of, so it was a nice slow day.
