It’s coming on . . .

Back in February I blipped the cherry tree sapling showing signs of life.  I’m pleases to say that it has sprouted a good bunch of leaves, but with the winds I’ve had to give it a bit of support.  I’m pleased to say that it’s responded well as you can see, let’s hope it thickens up its trunk soon.

Last year our neighbours gave us some bluebell bulbs from their garden.  I had been admiring their display when feeding ‘their’ hedgehogs while they were on holiday.  I did plant them a bit late but they are just coming into bloom.  They are a bit sparse at the moment, and a bit short, but with any luck they will multiply and grow bigger next year.
