Gravadlax

The forecast for today was grim. They weren’t wrong. It started raining in the middle of the night and it is still raining at almost 3pm, now the wind is getting up!

We are well stocked with books and yarn so we are content , and I have just eaten this wonderful vodka and beetroot gravadlax which I purchased yesterday, and it was truly amazingly good.
I’m not one for blipping my dinner but sometimes there are few other options. I hope it is drier wherever you are.
