Was annoyed at the food bank today.  A lot of food from 'the skinny food co' had appeared in the warehouse.  I found out from a volunteer that it had all been donated by a single person who was clearing out their daughter's house after she passed away from an eating disorder. Not surprising when all the food was basically artificial sweetners, colours, water and some fiber holding it all together.  I feel that these sorts of things shouldn't be allowed to be sold as food and that it definitley shouldn't be marketed as 'skinny' anything.  It made be really sad and really angry at the same time.  I can't imgaine going through what that parent had to.

Saving grace of the day was spotting goldfinches eating bugs in the moss lawn when I got back.

Edie: Just realised that this was a blip milestone.  Shame it's such a depressing story.
