Out A Here

A dramatic drop in temperature today that, I can only presume, was the cause of mist rising over the lake. Added to which it drifted, atmospherically, on a stiff breeze.

A group of blue-winged teals bobbed about aimlessly, those in front circling back periodically to check on stragglers. For no apparent reason, one suddenly took flight and I managed to press the shutter as it almost left the frame.

I used generative fill in the crop tool in Photoshop to extend the image slightly on that side. It did a great job and I don't consider it deceptive in a case such as this.

Extra: Attention Seeker. A kildeer, seemingly unafraid.
