Walking on sunshine.

I had a wonderful walk and talk with a good friend today. As we walked we had to pause to take photos of the bluebells and the stunning rapeseed field that stretched into the distance.
Great conversation about self analysis and how we respond to self criticism without feeling overwhelmed by the whole experience. Lots of other thoughts too. A fertile ground to dig over.
