Surprise!

I was watering this flower bed this morning and WHAT!!! An Iris bud in what I thought was the day lily area. There is another bud also! I don’t even remember planting iris here.

Next to this iris is possibly a dahlia. I had a few dahlia here before and never pulled them up so maybe it will bloom. I see a few more of what looks like dahlias. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I love surprises like this in the flower bed!
