Through the alley

This morning I went to bowling in the park.  It was fun but chilly.

Afterwards F and I did some shopping in town.  On the way back to his house we cut through this alley.  F is a great buildings buff and loves the windows on these houses.  They're original horizontal sliding sash windows in buildings that he thinks date from the early 19th century.  This area used to be a slaughterhouse and yard so they could have been buildings to do with that.
