Back to the Royal Exchange Theatre today. It's the penultimate production of our series tickets. It's a fabulous theatre ... just love it.

Feeling a little bit battered by this brilliant play. In hard times it is so easy for us to revert to type ... and humans can be so horrible.

On the back of seeing Boys From The Blackstuff earlier this week there's no hiding behind ignorance/recent retirement. Can't put a head in the sand .. we lived through these times and there's no getting away from the inhumanity of it all ... from Maggie to Lehman Bros.
