Highland Cow

More packing and sorting in the morning. Frank and I took his mum out for a walk. The Highland Hospice is just along the road from the hospital and the cafe is open on a Saturday so we went in. This was the first time she had been in a cafe since pre Covid and she certainly enjoyed it. 
The last time we took her for a walk she was upset and confused when we went back to the hospital so this time we stayed with her a while which seemed to work. 
Unfortunately we got a phone call around 9pm to say she had fallen getting out of bed on her own. She was being taken to Raigmore for an x-ray. It was confirmed at 1am that she had broken her hip again having previously broken it six years ago.
