Eye Eye!

L had another trip to the orthodontist this morning but this time for her retainer after yesterday’s visit to get her braces off.

She has to wear the retainer for life (12 hours a day) to keep her teeth in place. Fingers crossed she had the commitment.

After the orthodontist I dropped her at the shops meet her friends for lunch. MrsT and I are working today.

Got badminton tonight, MrsT got a boxing class and L has gymnastics.
