Ceci est une fleur

In contrast to yesterday. No-one got it right -- it's a park bench!

I've never seen so many blooms on these bottlebrush plants, and the bees were enjoying them between rain showers. It's originally an Australian plant which was brought to England by the botanist Joseph Banks in 1770, during Captain Cook's first voyage to Australia. I think the bee is small enough to qualify for TinyTuesday, hosted by Incredibish.

A day of doing some cleaning and laundry, some choir Facebook and website updating, and a quick blip walk back to yesterday's unblipped flowers while it wasn't raining.
