Tonsils removed

Yesterday our granddaughter had her tonsils removed. She was in hospital overnight and returned home this morning.
We delivered some flowers to her this afternoon to brighten her day. She seemed in good spirits but finds it hard to talk and swallow. Liquids at the moment.
Her Mum is home with her whilst she recovers.
