Lots of memories

Where we are staying has very poor Wi-Fi so this is from yesterday. 
After lunch with my brother we went to the church in the village where I lived when young, and where he still lives. This is the view I had from ‘our’ pew when I went to church. It is a very small village and lots of people had a pew that traditionally went with their house!  No excuses for not listening to the sermon! There was no Sunday school so from a young age I sat through the normal service.

It is the church where I was christened and married,  both our children were christened there too. 

Today we have travelled to our holiday destination so I hope to post photos of that tomorrow.
