The Big Day

Our youngest pair are expecting their first baby - this is the due date though clearly baby wants a later birth date!

On an NHS website about pregnancy and birth, they compare the expected size of a growing baby in the womb to a fruit or vegetable.
This week, ie 40 weeks, the average baby is the size of a small pumpkin, hence the pumpkin next to the date.
Randomly, I have this tin in my cupboard.
Not sure I’ll ever use it!

So we are all still waiting for this precious baby to arrive. I suggested to our daughter it’s time to eat hot curries.

In other news, hubby arrived safely home from his trip to the States :)
