Exploring

Today is Assention Day here in the Netherlands. It's a public holiday and most shops across the country run a reduced opening period. The public transport also runs a reduced service. It was a lovely day so Little Man and I went into Gouda. There were loads of stalls of ceramics, which we briefly looked at and we did a big of exploring through some of the side streets. It was a lovely treat for us both. While we were waiting for the bus we went into a park and Little Man had a lot of fun.

We came home and spent some time with my parents and their friends who were here for lunch and stayed into the afternoon. My parents also had company after dinner, by which point I was already in bed.
