Wisteria

Swim first; sun was out on Saxe Coburg Place as I was coming back. 

Hairdresser next; was able to get an appointment on an hour's notice for the bi-annual trim (reminded by @LauraMuir). 

Walk after supper to Inverleith; the one adult male swan was preening by the path; the juvenile female was feeding. No visible eggs in the nest. Lots of people out sitting on the west facing bank enjoying the sun and light breeze; 22C by then. 

Swifts ! A group flying around the buildings to the North for an hour or so first thing, then they moved on.  Mentioned them to the hairdresser when we were talking about signs of summer arriving; had to explain that they were birds, since she'd thought I'd said I'd seen Taylor Swift ...
