A Lovely Thursday!

We had to keep changing our plans to fit around a meeting with ‘the insurance man’ - 4.30pm, then 9.00am, then 11.00am. However, all done and I managed to squeeze in an hour’s marking before he arrived.

I met Claire T up in Sarria for coffee and our conversation topics were as diverse as ever. We met in the Sarria civic centre’s lovely courtyard and both left with two small free bags of compost in celebration of ‘international compost awareness week’. Who would have thought? I also got a free tomato plant.

On the off chance, I then texted Bb, who was up in IESE to thank several colleagues for their recent support, to see what his plans were. He had just finished and a spontaneous decision was made to meet up in Bocconi’s in Sarria for a late lunch. What a good decision that was and a lovely thing to do unexpectedly on a week day!
