Todmorden

Suprise visit to Todmorden due to poor service by Northern Rail in communicating that the late running 12.17 at 12.19 on platform 1, at 12.19, was actually the even later 12.12 which wouldn't stop at the 3 stations before this one.

So a round trip of 45 mins to get to where we should have been in 4.

Lady who fell for this like we did was worried about her husband who has demetia being alone for an extra hour or so.

Asked the guard if it could stop, flat no, because we would make the train behind even later.....
