Tail Walking

Another scorchio day here…..

MrsT and I started with a 6km dog walk first thing before I headed down to Parkrun as was on volunteering duties again.

I was tail walker and agreed to do the first timers briefing. Little did I know there was the East Calder boys (and girls?) football team doing a sponsored 5km run. I ended up having an audience of around 30-40 people including the parents.

MrsT and I then did a dog less walk in the afternoon before I got the BBQ cleaned and prepped for dinner.

Picking up the FiL for 2 hours on ten pin bowling in the evening before hopefully catching last orders at the cricket club.
