Aurora corona

After Finland's ice hockey game ended around midnight, we drove to Tampere to Rauhaniemi to see northern lights. We waited, about 30 minutes or so, before action in the sky started! In May the night sky isn't very dark, but aurora was so powerful that it was very easy to see with the naked eye. We have seen northern lights quite many times, but these were something special! Absolutely wonderful experience! The show slowed down around 01:45 and we left to home then.

Leevi, hubby and Peetu went orienteering to Lentola area before noon. Emma came over and in the evening we had Eurovision home studio.
