Rhodondendron

These bushes bloom now fully in the parks in and around Den Haag and surely elsewhere in the Netherlands too.

I remember that my sister and our little brother and I did hide underneath these big bushes from our grandparents when we walked in the park Ockenburgh in SW Den Haag; that must have been in May 1959, little after we'd left Indonesia.
