Walked with Bingley Walkers Are Welcome - not back marking but mingling in the middle on route that took in the canal and sight of Bradford and Bingley Canoe Club canoeists on River Aire preparing for slalom and river races - not a sport for me - much prefer dry land

Shopped - not ‘til I dropped - before catching bus home - amongst other things bought more sun cream - probably explains why hot dry weather is forecast to break tonight
