Terrapin ....

.... sometimes just called a pond turtle. There are a few of these little turtles who call the pond in Maxwell Park home. I have never seen one in the water but when the light is right you can sometimes see them ejoying some rest and relaxation on the small island.

A trip to Silverburn this morning to exchange a birthday present .... a bit on the small side! Decided to buy a pair of trousers instead of replacing the hoodie.
