I pick a bunch every year here accompanied by quiche and a salad tea. The quiche was from a Mark Hix recipe in the Telegraph magazine. Usually I have trouble with managing quiche pastry but I rolled a big circle and it stayed intact when I lifted it on the rolling pin and laid it on the case.
