Horse Chestnut

A session of light weights at the gym this morning. Still warm but showers spoilt the recent sunny weather. Spotted this spear of Horse Chestnut blossom brightening the day.

After lunch I tackled some Ivy that was beginning to ingress our garage door fitting. Our neighbour noticed and as the land it grows on is his offered to saw it back at base to alleviate the problem. Interesting to see my watch recorded increased stress levels as I was up the ladder. This was despite Richard anchoring the ladder to ensure I was safe.
