We waited in vain for another house painting estimate, now rescheduled for next week. Meanwhile, I swept the front porch, back porch and all the sidewalks on our corner lot ending up with a nice old knot, or crink, or whatever you call it, in my lower back. It’s a hard lesson to learn, this taking it easy idea: do things more slowly, take frequent breaks; I don’t like it.
