Alta

After a long (but incredibly scenic*) bus ride across northern Norway from Kirkenes wound up in Alta this afternoon.

As many northern Norwegian towns, Alta needed to be mostly rebuilt post war.  There are one or two old churches and the striking 'Cathedral of The Northern Lights'.

* Photography from buses is even more frustrating than photography from trains.
