Tyrolean venison goulash. Wine: Andrew Murray Slide Hill Vineyard Syrah 2020.

This was an incredible dinner. Sometimes I have learned about myself relatively recently is that I love a good goulash. We have an excellent supplier for paprika which is key. The wine is also a favorite which we haven't had in a while.
