This was a great day.

Greenock parkrun with L.
It was their 10th birthday.
Very warm, hard work, but so pleased I did it.
Then to Lunderston Bay for a swim and a sauna in the sauna tent with L and pals.
So cool.
To 'Small Plates' in Gourock for lunch. Yummo.
Trains home.
A bit of telly with Squeaker.
