Pakora.

Homemade pakora- made by my son.

He decided to make fried chicken ( like KFC, only much nicer!) yesterday as he hadn’t made it before.

He had some chicken left and made some more today as well as this fabulous onion pakora. It was all delicious…. Not great for the waistline though….

Or, I may add, the state of my cooker hob!

He has a lot of cleaning to do….
