Snapshots of my world

Farewell Jürgen Klopp!

An early morning walk under blue skies and sunshine which set the tone for a wonderful day.

Such an adventure driving to Liverpool to soak up the atmosphere of Jürgen Klopp's final game as the manager of Liverpool.

The atmosphere in the streets surrounding Anfield was phenomenal, wild and exciting. The air was red with flares and the noise incredible with football chants and songs. It went wild as the team buses arrived!

As we sat in the sunshine directly outside the stadium the singing of You'll Never Walk Alone before kick off was simply spine tingling. Pure magic.

A superb atmosphere throughout the game which ended 2-0 to Liverpool.

I have absolutely adored every minute of it...and now time to drive home!

Today also marks 13 years of being a part of blip. It's a wonderful community where I truly feel everybody is welcome. Yes it's about taking photographs but there's so much more behind this little place we call blip.

It encourages you to find the good in everyday, to look for those little nuggets of light in the dark and to remember that not everyday is amazing but there is something amazing in everyday.

Thank you to all those who pop in to say 'hello' with a comment, a star or a heart. I feel like I know some of you quite well despite having never met in person, only highlighting what makes blip so special.
