He's Still There!

Never would have thought that I would be hoping to find "Graffiti" and having so little success, but that was the predicament I found myself in this morning as I set out on my walk.  I hoped that this little character someone had drawn on my favorite bridge was still around.  I have probably blipped him before, but I was delighted to find him still there and ready to be my blip for today!  Thanks to Carolina for hosting.....
