Another Four Miles

The forecast isn’t good for later today and even worse for tomorrow so we decided to walk along the beach to Filey, found it was exactly two miles each way.
Went for coffees and refreshments at Thirty, a cafe we remembered from the last time we were here a couple of years ago, still as good. 
Walked back expecting rain but we were pleased it remained dry.
My foot was reasonably ok but  l think a rest day tomorrow will really be for the best.
