Thursday 2 July 2009: Lovely View @ the Strand Palace Hotel
Last night I stayed in room 191 of the Strand Palace Hotel. I've stayed there a few times. They've refurbished the first floor (the floor upon which I stayed). The room was noisy, unsurprising really as there was a giant Air Con unit outside the window, as well as about a dozen of these little creatures (about an inch long).
Actually it was really hot last night, I was thinking to myself "don't complain about the air con in case they turn it off" as I went to bed I suddenly realised, my room didn't even have air con!!!
